* Calea Zacatechichi mexican dream herb has been used by shamans historically and is continued in use today. The calea is very bitter so not for the faint of heart.
* Tea comes loose in 5 mylar bags.
* Serving size 3 servings each.

Servings per cup:
* 1 to 2 teaspoons per 6 oz-8 oz cup.
* Steep tea in boiling hot water for 8 minutes.
* Add honey or stevia to sweeten as the calea and lucid shaman blend may be bitter.
* These blends are relaxing and recommended only to be consumed before bedtime.
* Please do not operate machinery after drinking the calea or lucid shaman tea.
* Will cause drowsiness
* You may be able to recall dreams easier after drinking these blend.
